Leslie and John Valenzuela, owners of Quebedeaux's Cajun Cafe in Pineville, will have the restaurant open Thanksgiving starting at 10:30 a.m. Quebedeaux's will serve turkey and ham, cornbread dressing, turkey gravy, fresh cranberry dressing, green bean casserole, candied yams and peach cobbler.
