“It's partly people from the neighbourhood, but this is mainly a wine-focused members club. Most people are drawn there for the wine but Sebastian's food is incredible.”

Best table in the restaurant?

“They have a long table that joins the kitchen. I like to sit there most.”

Best time to come?

“Saturdays, for lunch.”

Dish to order? 

“Again, whatever Sebastian suggests. Everything he makes is amazing.”

“It’s from the guys behind P. Franco – the best neighbourhood restaurant (and at times bottle shop). Order some fantastic dishes from the daily changing menu and also drink some delicious wine.”

Who comes here?

“The crowd is super-local, young and fun.”

Best table in the restaurant?

“I like sitting outside. During the pandemic I sat there a lot.”

Best time to come?

“A summer evening – Thursdays are especially great.”

Dish to order?

“Last time I was here I had fried skate with anchovies. It was very memorable.”

"Sister to one of the best Thai places in London, Kiln, this is my local and probably one of the restaurants I visit more frequently both for lunch on my own or for a fun night with friends. Killer, tasty Thai food cooked with knowledge and soul."

“Mostly locals, or people who work around the restaurant.”

“I like sitting at the counter.”

Best time to come?

“A speedy weekday lunch.”

“Laab and sticky rice, always, with extra chilli. Super tasty and comforting.”
